Installation & License Management Support
If you are experiencing environment setup difficulties with your IP delivery or problems with the license keys provided, please refer to the instructions included in the e-mail informing you of the availability of your product for download. If you require further assistance please refer to the case ID number referenced in the e-mail subject field.
Support Agreements
Technical support is available to licensees of the MIPS® products and their associated development tools through a support agreement. A support agreement entitles the licensee to a set number of support hours to apply to the resolution of support requests. Details and the process for establishing such an agreement are available from your MIPS Technologies sales representative.
